About the Founder
Pudsa Sareenoy is the founder and managing partner of PS Law & Business, a Bangkok-based firm specializing in comprehensive legal services for both Thai and foreign nationals. With over a decade of experience in Business, Family, and Labor law, Pudsa has a proven track record of providing expert counsel to a diverse clientele.
Prior to founding PS Law & Business, Pudsa served as Senior Legal Advisor at a prominent Bangkok law firm, where she specialized in Thai business law with a focus on Board of Investment (BOI) matters, Immigration, Business law, Civil law, and the Treaty of Amity. She also brings valuable in-house counsel experience, having advised multinational companies on a wide range of corporate legal matters, including compliance, complex transactions, contract negotiation, labor law, visas/work permits, BOI incentives, data protection (PDPA), anti-corruption (OCPB), e-commerce regulations, and licensing.
Pudsa is a qualified Notary Services Attorney and holds a Bachelor of Law (LL.B.) degree. She is fluent in both English and Thai.
